Change Of Quarantine Procedures For The Travels From The United Kingdom, Denmark, South Africa And Brazil To Turkey
Further to the Embassy announcement on 16 February 2021, the relevant Turkish authorities have changed the quarantine procedures for the passengers travelling from or through the United Kingdom, Denmark, South Africa and Brazil to Turkey.
All passengers arriving Turkey who visited or have been to the United Kingdom and Denmark within the last 10 days will be quarantined for 10 days at their places of residence that they declared to be staying in Turkey. On day 7, they will be subject to PCR test; if test result is negative, quarantine will be lifted. The quarantine of those who do not get tested will come to an end on day 10. The treatment of those who tested positive will be carried out in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines of the Turkish Ministry of Health.
All passengers arriving Turkey who have been to or visited South Africa and Brazil within the last 10 days will continue to be quarantined for 14 days at places selected by the governorships following their arrival and all other quarantine procedures for these passengers will remain the same as in the Embassy announcement on 16 February 2021.
